Business Terms

Effective 26 July 2026

Business Terms

The terms businesses accept before inviting and paying creators.

The booking

The business must provide a lawful, accurate brief and must own or have permission to supply every logo, image, claim, link and instruction used in the campaign.

The creator, service, price, deliverables, timing, revisions and usage rights become a frozen campaign agreement when the creator accepts.

Direct Stripe payment

The business pays the creator through Stripe. The charge belongs to the creator's connected Stripe account. SHOWT receives a 20% application fee for marketplace, matching, record and payment services.

The total price is shown before payment. No creator work should begin until SHOWT records Stripe payment as secured.

Review, satisfaction and revisions

The business has 3 calendar days after submission to approve, request an included revision or explain how the delivery materially differs from the frozen brief.

A business cannot refuse payment solely because it changes its mind, prefers a different style or does not achieve an hoped-for commercial result where the creator completed the agreed work.

If the business takes no action during the review period, SHOWT may automatically approve the delivery and request creator payout.

Refunds

A full or partial refund may be appropriate where the creator does not deliver, cancels, materially breaches the frozen agreement, or where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurs.

SHOWT normally refunds its application fee when the campaign is genuinely unwound because no compliant creator service was supplied. SHOWT may retain its fee where the service was properly supplied and the complaint is only subjective dissatisfaction. Card-network chargebacks can override platform decisions.

Results

Creators and SHOWT do not guarantee views, enquiries, sales or other business outcomes unless a specific measurable obligation is expressly included in the frozen agreement.
